Our Client is a boutique private equity firm based in central Houston, providing debt and equity capital to energy and industrial companies. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing platform where performance and initiative are highly visible and rewarded.
Our Client is seeking an ambitious Senior Associate to join the investment team and support the firm’s investment and business development activities. In this career-track role, you will work directly with the firm’s partners to originate, execute, and manage new investments while gaining meaningful exposure across the full transaction lifecycle. An MBA is not required for advancement.
Initial review of investment opportunities and development of investment thesis and transaction structure
Financial modeling and valuation comparable analysis
Participation in negotiations of acquisition documentation
Preparation of Investment Committee materials and presentations
4 to 6 years of experience in private equity or investment banking
Extensive knowledge of financial and operating modelsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
