Escrow Officer – Anchorage, AKBe the calm in the closing. Real estate transactions move fast and behind every successful closing is an Escrow Officer who keeps the details, documents, dollars, and deadlines on track. We're looking for a confident, detail-driven Escrow Officer to join our Anchorage team and help buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and industry partners move smoothly from contract to close. In this role, you'll be more than a processor - you'll be a trusted guide, problem-solver, and neutral partner who helps create a seamless closing experience.What You'll DoYou'll manage real estate escrow transactions from opening to closing, including establishing escrow accounts, reviewing instructions, preparing closing documents, balancing and disbursing funds, clearing title requirements, and coordinating with all parties to ensure accurate, timely settlements.Open and manage escrow files from start to finishReview buyer, seller, lender, and title instructionsPrepare closing documents and settlement statementsCoordinate with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and internal teamsResolve title issues, liens, encumbrances, and file requirementsConduct closings, explain documents, and obtain signaturesBalance and disburse escrow funds accuratelyEnsure compliance with company policy, regulatory requirements, and risk controlsDeliver a professional, responsive, and client-focused closing experienceWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent2–4 years of related escrow, title, real estate, mortgage, or closing experienceExperience directly handling escrow transactions preferredValid licensing or certification as required by state regulationsStrong knowledge of escrow/title practices and real estate transactionsExcellent organizational, communication, and client service skillsConfidence working with buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, lenders, and other transaction partiesStrong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to manage multiple files, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and related escrow/title systemsWhy Join Us?Anchorage has a unique and active real estate market, and our escrow team plays a critical role in helping local transactions close with confidence.
