Mental Health RN - Full Time Evenings

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Registered Nurse** to work at a Facility in **Alexandria, MN.** Shift:**

+ Work cooperatively and participate as a member of theinterdisciplinary treatment team utilize person-centeredthinking, positive behavior supports, motivationalinterviewing and trauma informed care to prevent andrespond to patient situations. Comply with all safety andhealth standards, laws, regulations, policies, proceduresand protocols in order to ensure that all applicableenvironmental standards are met so that a safe, cleanhumane environment is provided for all patients andstaff. Provide person-centered, trauma informed,culturally sensitive, professional nursing care so that thephysical and emotional needs of each patient are met.Implement the treatment plan and document results ofinterventions to assist patients in accomplishing theirindividual goals. Facilitate the care and documentationof care of the patient, from admission throughdischarge. Oversee and follow the medicationadministration policies and processes to ensuremedications are delivered sagely and in accordance withall regulatory guidelines. Hours and shifts: Full time, 10 hour shifts, day/evening rotation, every weekend. Shifts: 6:30am-5pm and 12-10:30pm

**Minimum of 2 years mental health and or substance usedisorder experience.

+ Active Minnesota Nursing License.
