Jump-start your career in our Registration department! This opportunity allows you to work at all of the local facilities and with different teams. After six months, there is potential for you to work permanently at just one of these facilities.
Shift Schedule
Wednesday - Saturday 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
Wednesday - Saturday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
Sunday - Wednesday 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
Sunday - Wednesday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
Flexible schedule/availability preferred as shift needs may vary.
Travel Requirements
Must be able to travel to all Austin facilities as needed:
Davids Medical Center
Davids North Austin Medical Center
Davids Round Rock Medical Center
Davids South Austin Medical Center
Interview patients at workstations or bedside to obtain all necessary account information.
Perform bedside registration using carts/computers on wheels.
Provide exemplary customer service.
Interview incoming patients, relatives, and/or other responsible individuals to obtain identifying and demographical information with insurance and financial information.
Verify insurance benefits and determine pre‑certification/authorization status via online or other resources; if required and not obtained, initiate via Passport, online, or phone call.
Enter all information and authorization/referral numbers into the registration system.
Secure all signatures necessary for treatments, release of medical information, assignment of insurance benefits, and payment of services from legally responsible parties.
Understand and explain policies regarding services, pricing, insurance billing, and payment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
