The ideal candidate will have strong project management, financial, scheduling, leadership, and client-management skills.This individual will work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, safely, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completionDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecastsMonitor project financial performance, costs, and profitabilityCoordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholdersReview construction plans, specifications, scopes of work, and contractsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentationReview subcontractor performance and manage project coordinationConduct project meetings and provide regular project updatesIdentify potential project risks and develop effective solutionsMaintain strong relationships with owners and clientsEnsure projects remain on schedule and within established budgetsOversee quality control and ensure work complies with plans and specificationsSupport and enforce company safety standards and proceduresManage project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and final documentationLead and mentor project team membersMaintain accurate and organized project recordsIdeal CandidateThe successful candidate will have:3+ years of commercial construction Project Management experienceStrong understanding of commercial construction processesExperience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractorsExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong client-facing and relationship-building skillsProficiency with construction management software and Microsoft OfficeAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferredWhat the Company OffersThis is more than just another Project Manager position.
