As the first point of contact for our guests, you're the heart and soul of our hotel. Your exceptional customer service skills are put to the test as you go above and beyond to accommodate special requests and resolve any concerns.
With an attention to detail that's second to none, you ensure the accuracy of billing and cash handling procedures. Our hotel is equipped with free WiFi and in-suite kitchens, and we also offer free breakfast to our guests. Amazing customer service skills
Ability to work weekend shifts
No experience is required for this entry-level role.
