Cultivate Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and craft bespoke therapy approaches to help them reach their functional objectives
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive patient care
Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapy practices to foster ongoing progress at home
Monitor Progress and Document Outcomes: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Commitment to ongoing education and support for post-graduate certifications
Verification of current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
