Job Description

_ Task List _

• Performs all daily cleaning assignments as per work flow.
• Performs all weekly cleaning assignments as per cleaning schedule.
• Works in dish room, scrapping trays, loading and unloading dish machine and sorting silverware.
• Records dish machine and pot water temperatures, takes necessary corrective action if temperatures fall outside of proper range.
• Sweeps and mops floors.
• Cleans tables, counters and various types of kitchen equipment which may include: steam tables, yogurt machine, beverage machines, refrigerators, slicer, grill etc.
• Removes trash from department and transports to disposal area maintaining levels in department.
• Receives food deliveries and stores products in appropriate areas rotating stock according to policy.
• Delivers floor stock to all floors while maintaining par levels and fills requisitions as needed.
• Delivers patient late trays to the ED and other patient units when requested and does so in a timely fashion.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Compensation:

Pay Range: $17-$20.37
