The Role: The Fastlane Program Director is responsible for leading strategic planning, execution, and continuous growth of PartsBadger’s Fastlane manufacturing program. This role owns the overall program roadmap, financial performance, operational execution, staffing strategy, and cross-functional coordination required to scale one of the company’s most important growth initiatives.

Working closely with the CEO, R&D, Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT Teams, the Program Director will help keep strategic initiatives executed on time, within budget, and aligned with the company’s objectives. This leader will develop long-term expansion plans, remove roadblocks, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and equipment.

This position serves as the central point of leadership for the Fastlane Program.

The facility features:
Brand new CNC equipment and automation technology
Establish milestones, KPIs, financial and operational objectives
Evaluate program performance and recommend strategic pivots when necessary
Present executive level program updates, forecasts, risks, and opportunities
Management
Manage and delegate team member activity as related to the project, which can include individuals from a variety of departments.
In collaboration with the VP of Finance and the R&D Pillar Head, understand and effectively manage the project budget.
Execute on staffing plans including lead & management layers.
Ensure success of day-to-day operations
Coordinate PartsBadger Operations, Technology, Shop Operations, and Equipment & Building needs.
Adjust the project plan as needed based on strategic pivots, finances, and/or targets.
Communicate prioritization and provide guidance to Fast Lane program team members based on daily monitoring of project progress as compared to the project plan.
Develop partnerships with vendors and other external partners.
Share project updates via reporting and presentations.
Manage the execution of ISO/AS processes and annual recertifications on the shop floor.
Plan and document ISO/AS modifications and other updates as required
Always practice excellent internal and external customer service, both domestically and overseas.

Experience creating, maintaining and executing on financial plans and projections.
