Maintenance and Repair Tech - Immediate Hire

North American Forgemasters has an immediate need for a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician. This full‑time hourly position is located in New Castle, PA and will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Maintain work area in a clean, orderly, and safe condition per the housekeeping policy.

Complete all daily duties including crane and mobile equipment preventive maintenance inspections.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems to determine and correct root cause.

Weld and repair mobile equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair machines and equipment (all nature of repairs, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil, and complete combustion systems).

Provide coverage as needed for other maintenance technicians.

Work on rotating shifts with required overtime.

Perform work in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

Abide by all policies and procedures established by the company.

A high school diploma or GED.

Minimum of 1‑3 years heavy industrial work experience.

Hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical experience (preferred).

General computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Knowledge of operating overhead cranes and fork trucks.
