AM Prep Cook We are seeking a skilled AM Prep Cook to join our culinary team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting in all areas of kitchen operations during morning hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and portion ingredients for various recipes
Follow established recipes to ensure consistency and quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Assist with inventory management and restocking
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work early morning shifts
