Job Description Gastroenterologist Opportunity - North Okaloosa Medical Center - Crestview, FL
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Gastroenterologist to join our team at North Okaloosa Medical Center in Crestview, Florida. This is an incredible opportunity to serve a rapidly growing community-experiencing a 6% year-over-year population increase -while enjoying the benefits of practicing in a supportive, community-focused environment.
Join a setting currently supported by two independent GI physicians; the incoming Gastroenterologist will practice within the employed model.
Provide care in both inpatient and outpatient settings with a mix of clinic and procedural work.
Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday
Patient Volume: Average 20-30 patients per day in clinic.
OR support provided by experienced OR and clinic staff.
Dedicated endoscopy room in the main hospital plus access to an adjacent ASC to help meet high procedural demand.
APP support
Collaboration with general surgeons for coordinated patient care.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
ERCP skills are a plus (one independent GI performs ERCP), but not required
