Human Resources Recruiter (Bilingual)

Skillforce is currently hiring a driven and professional Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, onboarding, and retaining skilled trades professionals for our commercial construction clients. Bilingual Recruiter Overview

The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment and ongoing workforce support for field employees across the skilled construction trades. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and consistent engagement with candidates and field employees to maintain a qualified, dependable workforce and meet evolving project needs.

Bilingual Recruiter Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruiting strategies based on current and forecasted staffing needs

Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels

Conduct bilingual interviews to assess experience, skills, work history, and overall fit

Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process

Partner with sales and operations teams to meet staffing goals and project demands

Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable industry standards and regulations

Build relationships with field employees and contribute to retention initiatives

Maintain accurate candidate, recruiting, and employee records

Bilingual Recruiter Qualifications

2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing; Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Experience with applicant tracking or recruitment software
