CNC Machinist / Machinist Senior

MachinistWe're looking for a skilled machinist to join our team and help us continue delivering high-quality precision parts. You'll work on Mazak Integrex, Quick Turn, and Nexus machines, taking jobs from setup through inspection while improving existing machining processes.What You'll DoSet up and run Mazak CNC lathes using MazatrolEdit and optimize existing Mazatrol programs for quality and efficiencyProgram new jobs as neededRead blueprints and GD&T to machine precision componentsHold tight tolerances on complex partsTroubleshoot tooling, offsets, and machining issuesPerform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring equipmentRecommend process improvements that reduce cycle time and improve qualityMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWhat We're Looking For5+ years of CNC lathe machining experienceExperience setting up Mazak lathesMazatrol programming or editing experience strongly preferredStrong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledgeAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience holding close tolerances on precision componentsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPreferred ExperienceMazak Integrex experiencePartMaker or MastercamMachining hardened steels, carbide, or ceramicsProcess improvement and cycle time optimizationBenefitsOvertime availablePaid time offHealth, Dental, Vision, & Life insurance401(k) with company match
