A Day in the LifeCNC Machinist — 1st & 2nd Shift- Kick off by setting up CNC lathes, dialing in tooling and offsets for a flawless first part.
- Interpret detailed blueprints and use precision measurement tools to verify tolerances.
- Keep machines running smoothly—troubleshoot issues, adjust parameters, and optimize throughput.
- Own the process from setup to production to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
Pay: $28.00–$40.00/hr
CNC Operator — 1st & 2nd Shift- Run CNC milling and turning equipment with consistency and care.
- Load and unload parts, monitor production, and follow work instructions closely.
- Perform basic inspections and quality checks to maintain standards.
- Take advantage of regular overtime opportunities.
Pay: $22.00–$26.00/hr + 10% shift differential for nights
