We are partnering with a global manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to the Managing Director of its North American business. Beyond traditional executive support, this individual will help keep priorities moving across the organization—managing a complex calendar and inbox, coordinating leadership reporting and follow-up, preparing executive-level presentations and briefing materials, and anticipating needs before they arise.

Serve as a trusted partner to the Managing Director, proactively managing priorities, schedules, communication, and follow-up.
Monitor and organize executive email communications, identify priorities, and draft responses as appropriate.
Prepare executive summaries, briefing materials, talking points, meeting agendas, and other leadership communications.
Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive office with professionalism and discretion.
Create, edit, and format polished, modern presentations and visual materials for executive and board-level audiences.
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar capacity.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to create clean, professional, executive-level materials; Experience working within an international organization or alongside European teams is a plus.
• German language skills are a plus but not required.
