Technical Recruiter Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to support Tesla's Internship hiring efforts. There will be opportunities to contribute to the development of our campus brand and how we share the story. We are seeking a creative thinker who takes a non-traditional approach to identifying excellent talent and has a deep-seated passion for Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.

Collaborate with recruiters and management to identify hiring needs

Partner with full-time recruiters to ensure a cohesive conversion process for high performing interns

1-3 years of Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting a variety of disciplines

Experience hiring 20+ individuals per season

Experience working with and maintaining accurate documentation in an ATS

Ability to travel across North America and if needed to international campus events and locations
