TireHub is seeking a high‑volume Contract Recruiter to support increased hiring demand across our nationwide locations. This role focuses on front‑end recruitment activities: sourcing, resume review, screening, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. You will not own full-cycle hiring—your job is to drive candidate volume and keep the pipeline moving quickly.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high‑task recruiting environment and can manage multiple reqs at once.

Support high‑volume hiring needs for 80+ TireHub locations nationwide.

Review and screen large volumes of resumes for entry‑level roles (e.g., Source candidates using job boards, resume databases, and proactive outreach.

Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit.

Schedule interviews directly with hiring managers across multiple time zones.

Meet required recruiting metrics, including a minimum of 3 scheduled interviews per opening.

Partner with onsite recruiters and the recruiting lead to manage surge hiring needs.

Maintain clean, consistent documentation in the ATS.
