Job Title: Bookkeeper

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities of a Bookkeeper:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and enter journal entries, invoices, and financial transactions
- Assist with month-end closings, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records
Qualifications of a Bookkeeper:
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience required
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
