Accounts Payable Specialist / Administrative Assistant
Near Richfield, OH Up to $26/hour Direct Hire Position LHH is partnering with a growing company near Richfield, Ohio to identify an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist / Administrative Assistant for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in accounts payable, data entry, vendor communication, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask, and committed to maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities- Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment of vendors
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships
- Assist with account reconciliations and general accounting support
- Enter and maintain financial and administrative data with a high level of accuracy
- Support office operations, filing, document management, and recordkeeping
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative duties
- Prepare reports and maintain organized accounting records
- Collaborate with accounting and office staff on special projects as needed
- Prior accounts payable experience required
- Administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus
