This individual directly interacts with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience by helping to streamline the interview process to find highly skilled team members to join this company.Assist with scheduling phone and onsite interviews/Coordinate candidate travel. Answer phones and greet employees / candidates. Follow established talent acquisition processes and use of technologies to ensure data accuracy. Ensure the proper compilation of offer letters and related materials. Provide guidance on the recruiting process for filling positions quickly with qualified and motivated candidates. Support corporate recruiters and hiring managers to build and enhance recruiting strategies. Perform administrative duties as needed to support the recruiting team. Participate in recruiting events as needed. Work closely with other coordinators and administrative support throughout the organization to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of candidates and interviewers. Identify and assist in improving the recruiting process. Track recruiting and hiring process/metrics so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Work with external recruiting firms, recruiting job sites, social media, and career fairs to ensure cost effective and optimal sourcing tools to find great candidates. Manage the Applicant Tracking System tracking and update the candidates' profiles as needed.
