We are seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent customer service skills and a strong knowledge of automotive parts.

Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts.
Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and assist with parts inquiries.
Maintain inventory and ensure parts are stocked and organized.
Process orders and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve dealership goals.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Previous experience as a Parts Counter Person or in a similar role.
Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent.
