Mail Room Handler
$20 - $23 per hourITAC Solutions
As a Mail Clerk, you'll be the friendly first impression and the heartbeat of daily office operations for our client. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly, this is an opportunity to make a real impact while working with a collaborative team. You'll support essential mailroom functions while gaining exposure to Accounts Payable in a stable, growing organization.
Monday-Friday schedule with standard business hours

Manage daily incoming and outgoing mail operations
Answer phones with a professional, welcoming demeanor
Provide light Accounts Payable support
Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external contacts
Experience with mailroom or shipping operations
Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping processes
Exceptional phone etiquette with a warm, upbeat, professional communication style
Basic Accounts Payable experience preferred
