Exciting Float Pool Nursing Opportunity!
Job Description:

• Position Type: Hospital Float Pool Staff
• Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

- Unit Details:
- Float throughout the hospital, including:

• Emergency Department
• ER Hold
• Medical Surgical
• Telemetry
• Stepdown/PCU

- Staffing and Ratios:

• Flexibility required for scheduling
• Nursing ratios up to 1:7 in Med-Surg

- Schedule:

• Must be flexible to facility scheduling
• No schedule requests will be accommodated

- Weekend Requirements:
- Every Other Weekend Coverage

- Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years in nursing
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Travel experience required

- Certifications Needed:

- ACLS

- BLS

- Skills:

• Cardiac Telemetry
• Care of Ventilated Patients
• Central Line Care/Management
• Heparin Protocols
• Dysrhythmia Interpretation
• Management of Cardiac and Vasoactive Drips
• Telemetry Monitoring

- Patient Care Details:

• Focus on adults and geriatrics
• Caring for post-surgical and medical patients

- Orientation and Compliance:

• Must complete onboarding items within 48 hours of contract signing
• Full compliance required to start on time

- Submission Rules:

• RN Licensure: GA or Compact License required at time of submission
• Local Candidates accepted at same rate
