Employee Relations - HR Generalist Senior

In this role, you will serve as the Senior Human Resources Specialist for BD Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM), helping address people and organizational challenges. The position focuses on resolving complex HR matters, partnering with HR specialists and shared services, and supporting front-line managers through coaching and guidance.
In-office presence requirement: Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s degree in a related field)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a bachelor’s degree; Key Responsibilities Provide front-line manager coaching across HR topics including career development, pay review, performance management, and team dynamics.
Resolve complex HR issues (tier 2) by partnering with COEs and the HR Solutions shared services team, including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations for assigned areas and business units.
Perform front line HR duties for the assigned business unit, including interpreting policy/program guidance and advising management on local compliance and regulatory requirements.
Assess HR issues requiring considerable judgment and risk management when enabling workforce (EW) policies and practices do not exist.
Develop and continuously improve processes, tools, and systems in collaboration with HR COE teams.
Experience providing feedback and coaching to managers and employees.
Experience with enabling technologies (case management, employee self-service, and manager self-service) and understanding their operation within a customer service environment; ServiceNow preferred .
Experience with Microsoft tools and applications.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Creative problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Thorough understanding of human resources processes and/or systems.
Proven success leading local, regional, or global projects and driving adoption.
