Support Services Person ll

ADP

ADP is hiring a Client Support Specialist. You will be the front-line for solving clients' challenges, supporting 50-999 employee clients, resolving issues, training users on ADP technology, and upholding service excellence.
The role requires strong communication, the ability to work in a metrics-driven call center, and the capacity to build rapport with clients over phone and written channels. You will join a collaborative, inclusive culture with growth opportunities.
