Job Type: Full-Time, Independent Contract Work

Compensation: $120,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance bonuses.

Build Your Career With Us Our attorneys regularly appear in county and municipal courts throughout Colorado, representing clients in traffic and misdemeanor defense matters while developing strong litigation and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities Represent clients in county and municipal courts throughout Colorado, advocating on their behalf through negotiations, hearings, motions, and trials.

Negotiate case resolutions with prosecutors and court personnel.

Review discovery, client documents, and case materials.

Advise clients regarding case strategy and potential outcomes by phone and email.

Active Colorado law license in good standing.

Ability and willingness to travel regularly to courts throughout Colorado.

Strong client relations, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Reliable internet, phone service, and office equipment to support administrative responsibilities and virtual court appearances.

Experience appearing in Colorado county or municipal courts.

Criminal defense or litigation experience.

Experience handling Colorado traffic law matters.
