Develop and implement advanced quality control plans and inspection methodologies.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for complex quality issues.
Drive continuous improvement activities using statistical process control and other quality tools.
Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
Mentor junior quality engineers and provide technical guidance on quality best practices.
Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and predict potential issues.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification.

ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
Experience with statistical software (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Senior Quality Engineer, Principal Quality Engineer, Lead Quality Engineer, Staff Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, Advanced QA Engineer, Quality Systems Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Process Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer
