Automotive Finance Manager

Route 9 Mazda is a top 10 dealership known for our commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary: The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who is eager to learn and grow within our dealership.
Present and explain financing and insurance options to customers in a professional and ethical manner.
Secure financing deals by working with banks, credit unions, and other lenders.
Manage a high volume of customer transactions, averaging around 70 turns per month.
Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and customers.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about current financing programs, incentives, and industry trends.
Uphold dealership policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.
Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar role.
Knowledge of automotive financing and insurance products.
