Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with our facility's standards and regulations
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient needs, identify risks, and develop effective care plans
Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the medical director and other relevant personnel
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
