As a family of clinics, our Today’s ABA programs SERVE Togethe r alongside speech, occupational, physical, and mental health therapists to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.KidSpeak is seeking a passionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our North Charlotte clinic . We are expanding into a brand new 10,000 square feet, beautiful multidisciplinary clinic.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working in-person in the clinic to maintain strong connection with your interdisciplinary team and clients while offering a work from home day each week. In this position, you will provide high-quality ABA services through a combination of in-person care and virtual support on the work from home day tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Provide supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians

Complete in-person client supervision and in person and virtual parent sessions

Partner closely with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to create integrated treatment approaches

Qualifications Current BCBA certification

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Passion for working with children and families in a multidisciplinary environment

Collaborative care model with ABA, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy

Expanding into a brand new 10,000 sqft facility
