As the first point of contact for our clients, you\'ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience and helping strengthen the bond between pets, their families, and our veterinary team.
Demonstrates outstanding customer service skills
Communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and electronically
Is reliable, flexible, and eager to learn
Veterinary experience is preferred but not required
Must be able to work a rotating Saturday schedule
Answering phone calls and assisting with client inquiries
Educate clients on hospital services, preventive care, and follow-up instructions
Coordinate communication between clients and the medical team
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Support team members to ensure an exceptional client experience
