As a Security Officer Entry Control in Mukilteo WA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. Position Type: Part Time
Provide customer service to clients visitors and/or staff by carrying out access control procedures verifying credentials and following site-specific security-related policies for an aero and defense location.
Monitor entry and exit points screen authorized personnel and/or vehicles and document visitor activity to help support controlled access throughout the location.
Respond to incidents alarms and/or unusual situations in a calm problem-solving manner including initiating emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility restricted areas and perimeter noting conditions and reporting security-related concerns according to post instructions.
Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
