The position includes supervising and directing various levels of nursing staff and coordinating care with other healthcare disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.

Job Details

Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor; EMR experience with Cerner; 2 years of experience in emergency room environment; minimum experience: 0 years

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an acute care facility is preferred

Additional Information: The role requires the collection of relevant patient data, analysis to determine diagnosis and care issues, development and implementation of care plans, and evaluation of patient progress. Candidates will collaborate with healthcare teams, provide patient education, participate in discharge planning, delegate duties appropriately, and perform other related duties as assigned. The facility is committed to staff safety and requires all associates to receive necessary vaccinations as a condition of employment. This position starts on 09/14/2026 and involves working in a Cerner electronic medical records environment.
