Talent Sourcer (Part-Time) REMOTE

We're hiring a part-time Talent Sourcer to feed our recruiting pipeline. You'll spend your week on LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and niche communities — finding qualified candidates for marketing agency roles and passing warm leads to our internal recruiter. You'll source, screen, and shortlist candidates across marketing, sales, creative, and operations roles - and you'll build a pipeline so we're never hiring reactively.
- Source 30–50 qualified candidates per week across LinkedIn, Wellfound, Indeed, and Slack/Discord communities
- Send personalized outreach
- 1+ year of sourcing experience, ideally for marketing, creative, or remote-first roles
- A portfolio of personalized outreach that actually gets responses
- Capacity for 3–4 hours per day, weekdays
