About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the Audio Visual (AV) industry to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of commercial AV projects. This is an on-site position based in Hollywood, Florida.
The ideal candidate will have recent, hands-on experience managing AV projects and serving as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, vendors, and installation personnel. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential.
Important: Recent Audio Visual industry experience is required. Candidates without direct AV project management experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities

Manage multiple Audio Visual projects from initiation through completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Review project documentation, drawings, and technical specifications.
Manage change orders and maintain accurate project records.
Support installation teams and ensure quality standards are met throughout project execution.
Foster strong client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements

• 3+ years of recent Project Management experience within the Audio Visual (AV) industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial AV systems, including conferencing, video distribution, digital signage, control systems, and integrated technology solutions.
• Proven track record managing AV installations and integration projects.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Ability to read and interpret project documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Hollywood, Florida.

Preferred Qualifications

CTS, CTS-I, PMP, or related industry certifications.
Experience working with enterprise, commercial, education, healthcare, or government AV projects.
Familiarity with leading AV manufacturers and technology platforms.
