CQ Personnel, an affiliate of Back Bay Staffing Group, is offering two long term contract opportunities in Boston. The duties include entering data and performing calculations using spreadsheets and other software, preparing spreadsheets and chart summaries of financial and other data under the direction of attorneys or experienced accountants, obtaining, organizing, and maintaining documents in electronic and hard copy formats, reviewing and summarizing documents orally and in writing, searching electronic databases and the Internet, preparing external correspondence according to company standards, participating in internal meetings to identify scope of assignments and manner of execution, and contacting third-parties on behalf of the company to make oral and written requests for information.

Qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, the ability to build spreadsheets and analyze data within them, the ability to interact with various members of the finance community through written, electronic, and oral communication, the ability to work within multiple teams at one time, time management/multitasking, and attention to detail.
