A Clear Pathway for BCBA Growth
We use a structured level system to ensure BCBAs feel prepared every step of the way. Performance portfolios and clear rubrics
Caseload sizes based on your level (smaller caseloads for those building proficiency)
Staff regularly provide feedback to supervisors as well as receive it, helping us grow as a team and as a company.

Available BCBA Positions
Each level includes structured mentorship, clear expectations, and a gradual increase in independence and caseload.
Apprentice BCBA
A short-term, preparatory role for new BCBAs. Apprentices provide direct services under close supervision, support case activities, and receive weekly mentorship to prepare for independent caseload management.
Resident BCBA (Levels 1–3)
Residents deliver full BCBA services—assessment, treatment planning, staff training, parent training, and collaboration—primarily in a clinic setting.

Resident BCBA Level Progression:
As you advance from Level 1 to Level 3, you gradually take on more cases and larger scheduled hours, while direct-service requirements decrease:
Level 1: 1–3 cases; Level 2: 3–4 cases; Level 3: 5–6 cases; Attending BCBA (Levels 1–3)
Attending BCBAs perform the same core responsibilities as Residents, with increased autonomy, leadership expectations, and higher caseload capacity.
