Head of Employee Relations & HR Compliance

Position Overview: The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions and ensure the effective management of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive HR professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company.

Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support as
Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and
Implement and manage employee recognition programs to boost morale and

Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Support managers in addressing performance issues and conducting disciplinary actions when necessary.

Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and
Maintain accurate employee records and HR

Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role, with a deep understanding of HR processes and employment law.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with
Preferred Qualifications: PHR or SPHR
