Human Resources Generalist - Hourly Recruiting
$27 - $30 per hourLHH
HR Coordinator
$27–$30/hr depending on experience
What You'll Do
Support recruiting including job postings, resume review, and interview scheduling
Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate hiring logistics
Manage onboarding and new hire paperwork
Maintain employee records and audit HR files for accuracy
Process employee changes including status updates and transfers
Assist with benefits administration and employee questions
Track leave of absence cases (mid-level candidates)
Handle confidential HR information and documentation
Resolve discrepancies and follow up on missing information
What You Bring
- Associate's degree required
- 2+ years of experience
- Entry level: 1+ year of HR support
- Mid-level: 2+ years of HR experience, including benefits or leave
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
Strong communication and professionalism
Valid California driver's license
Work Environment
Fully onsite, Monday through Friday
Fast-paced, high-volume HR setting
Frequent interruptions and shifting priorities
Employee-facing with sensitive situations
Pay Details
~$27.00 to $30.00 per hour
