• Monday - Friday schedule, 9 am - 5 pm; no evenings or weekends
• 100% outpatient pediatrics practice
• See 20 - 25 patients per day
• Light phone-only call shared among providers at a 1:4 to 1:6 ratio
• No newborn rounding or delivery attendance required
• 4-day work week negotiable
• Partnership track available for interested candidates
