PROJECT MANAGER This position is based out of our Fort Wayne, IN office.

About The Position As a Project Manager - You'll take full ownership of large-scale, projects from estimating through close-out. Our Ideal Candidate Takes full accountability for complex high-voltage projects, making sound decisions that balance safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.

Anticipates challenges, manages risk proactively, and identifies opportunities to strengthen client relationships and repeat work.

Day in the Life Lead Project Execution - Manage all phases of electrical projects including setup, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract interpretation.

Manage Labor & Materials - Take full responsibility for labor productivity, staffing, and material procurement, including delivery, usage, and returns.

Collaborate with Teams - Partner with foremen, field teams, engineers and clients to deliver projects efficiently and profitably.

Drive Business Growth - Pursue new opportunities, estimate targeted projects, and maintain strong client relationships to expand our reach.

Oversee Project Documentation - Maintain drawings, field records, change orders, and close-out documents with accuracy and timeliness.

Minimum Qualifications Experience & Expertise - (Preferred) 5+ years managing high-voltage (69kV to 500kV+) OR industrial electrical projects in transmission, distribution, or substation environments.

Field Background - 2+ years of electrical construction or commissioning experience preferred.

Software Proficiency - Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; familiarity with project management tools.

Associate's Degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or Electrical Engineering/Technology; Travel Occasional travel may be required.
