Press Operator

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Press Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $19.50 per hour. Working in a clean-room environment, wearing proper PPE, including, but not limited to: coveralls, hair/ beard nets, gloves.
Set up and operate production equipment according to work order specifications and operating procedures
Load, unload, and stage materials required for production runs
Monitor production processes to ensure quality and performance standards are met
Make machine adjustments to maintain product quality, efficiency, and productivity
Document quality inspections, production data, and process adjustments accurately
Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and production variances to supervisors
Follow all work instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read and follow work instructions, spec cards, and production paperwork
Basic math and measurement skills for verifying dimensions and recording quality data
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and use hand tools
Ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a production environment
Press operation and machine setup
Production equipment operation
Quality inspection and defect detection
Equipment troubleshooting and minor machine maintenance
