Job Description

Position: Press Brake Operator
Pay: $28.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Location: Byron Center, MI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Press Brake Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $28.00/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

Set up, adjust, and operate press brake machinery to produce precise metal components
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accuracy
Change tooling, set ram positions, speeds, and backstops to meet specifications
Record production and scrap data accurately in the ERP system (Plex)
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work environment for safety and efficiency
Inspect first-piece run and make adjustments to ensure quality
Collaborate with team members and communicate any production issues promptly
Follow all safety policies, industry regulations, and company procedures
Perform physical activities including lifting, bending, stooping, and twisting regularly

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of press brake operating experience preferred
Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
Familiarity with tools like calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Good eyesight, including depth perception and color differentiation
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Basic computer skills, including ERP systems like Plex
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Positive attitude, energy, reliable attendance, and teamwork mindset
