Compensation & Shift Details:

• Hourly Rate: $24 - $28 per hour, based on experience
• Shift: 1st Shift, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., with overtime opportunities
• Position Type: Temporary with potential for full-time employment upon hire

About the Role:
As a Press Brake Operator , you will be key in producing high-quality metal components by setting up and operating press brake machinery. You will work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturing standards, to meet production goals and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, and operate press brake machines to manufacture precise metal parts.
• Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Change tooling, set ram positions, speeds, and backstops to meet specifications.
• Record production and scrap data accurately in the ERP system.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Inspect first-piece run and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate any production issues promptly.
• Follow all safety policies, industry regulations, and company procedures.
• Perform physical activities including lifting, bending, stooping, and twisting regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of press brake operating experience preferred
• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
• Familiarity with tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Good eyesight, including depth perception and color differentiation
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills, including ERP systems like Plex
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Positive attitude, energy, reliable attendance, and teamwork mindset
