Bachelors degree preferred. Proven drive and self-motivation with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals

High level of accountability and ownership over results and performance

Basic proficiency with CRM tools, reporting, and sales technology (preferred)

Background in automotive aftermarket industry (mechanical or collision) recommended but not required.

Expect to travel 60% of your time at a minimum, with 25% involving overnight stays. The travel will cover the territory that includes Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota along with both North and South Dakota.
