Warehouse Person (Swing and Night Shift)

Position Overview Assist in ensuring the production floor is supplied with raw materials, maintain inventory levels using SAP and RF transactions, and support material put‑away and quality inspections.

Responsibilities Use SAP for material receive, put‑away, returns, and cycle counts.

Verify incoming paperwork for lot traceability and overall accuracy.

Perform raw material returns and physically put material away.

Ensure physical counts match SAP quantities and maintain FIFO and lot control.

Label and organize inventory storage areas to support 5S practices.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area, following company standard work practices.

Identify and report problems or difficulties to the supervisor and obey safety rules.

Attend work on a regular and predictable basis.

Perform any other duties assigned.

Key Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (substitute education and/or experience may be considered on an equivalent basis).

Wave Certification.

Mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; whole numbers, fractions, decimals); ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Basic algebra and geometry concepts.

Experience with SAP, 5S, FIFO, and lot control.

Strong judgment and decision‑making skills.

Ability to be flexible and function in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).

Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and SAP.

Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; use mechanical lifts for loads up to 2000 pounds; work at heights and with moving machinery.

Ability to comply with safety and environmental regulations.

Shift & Pay Shifts: 1st – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; 2nd – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM; 3rd – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.Pay: Starting at $15/hr with $1.25 shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift.Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000.00 (subject to taxation).

Physical Demands Regular hand use for material inspection; frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and pulling. Work Environment Clean facility with machinery, equipment, chemicals, and potential hazards. Employees required to wear Personal Protective Equipment including hearing protection, safety glasses, safety toe shoes, and hand protection.

Personal Protective Equipment ASTM F-2412-2005, ANSI Z41-1999, or ANSI Z41-1991 rated safety toed shoes.

ANSI Z87.1 safety rated glasses.

Hearing protection in specific locations.

Compliance with JSA in specified areas.

Export Compliance Position includes potential access to ITAR/EAR technical data; candidates must qualify as a U.S. person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
