Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)
Insight Global
A client of Insight Global is transforming the locksmith industry with cutting‑edge robotics and mobile service technology. We’re looking for a Mobile Operations Manager to run a fully equipped mobile key‑cutting and programming van.
Responsibilities
Operate a mobile workshop van and travel to partner retail locations alongside 1-2 other technicians.
Deliver exceptional customer service and solve real-world problems quickly
Use a tablet/POS system to manage sales, inventory, and daily performance
Maintain a clean, organized mobile workspace and be professional
Supervise 1-2 technicians and provide training and development as needed.
Must haves
Experience programming and cutting car keys
Leadership experience (team lead, manager, supervisor, etc)
Comfortable working with and leading others
Tech‑savvy with tablets/apps; mechanically inclined
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check
