Registered Nurse- Fulltime- Nursing Pool

High Point Medical Center—Nursing Float Pool located in High Point, NC provides skilled nursing across multiple acute and intermediate care units. The float staff offers flexible coverage for various patient populations while maintaining hospital standards and best practices.

Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, 36 hours per week. 3 twelve‑hour shifts weekly from 7 am to 7 pm with weekend rotation. Pay range: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour. Eligible for benefits.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication to create a safe patient environment and enhance the patient experience across the continuum.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.

Registered Nurse license issued by the state of North Carolina.

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

NIHSS certification required.

Preferred: 2 years of RN experience.
