Position Summary We are seeking compassionate, motivated Job Coaches to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment.
This community-based position provides hands-on coaching, training, and ongoing support at participants' job sites.
Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week. The specific days and shift will be determined based on program needs and the individuals being supported.
Provide on-site job coaching and support.
- Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED.
- One year working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Travel expenses are reimbursed.
